What data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can ask for it back.
To match orders and process payments we need: your account details (name, work email, company), the SKUs and quantities you request or list, and delivery confirmations. That's it. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with third-party marketers.
Matching a request to the right vendor requires knowing what you need, where you are, and what you're willing to pay. Escrow requires a payment identity on both sides. Everything else is optional.
You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@askmedulla.com. We respond within 30 days.
